Interesting way to start wooing you, don't you agree? But we thought it important to start right out letting you know that we made a choice to be better, not bigger. So, we may not be for you if you're looking to be with the biggest company, who has the shiniest business cards and flashiest television spots.

We've found that by being very selective everyone is happier. Most important, for those who do choose a career at Windermere, we want the experience to be everything you hoped for. And we want you to be successful and happy.

Oh, and one other thing. we think you should know sales people need not apply.

Yes, selling is certainly a big part of what we do; but, it is a small part of who we are. We prefer advisors, advocates, experts, counselors, friends, neighbors and the occasional gadfly. We are relentless in the pursuit of helping people realize their dreams which is a far more interesting and ultimately, rewarding notion.

The Windermere Attraction Model has a 3 Step approach that successfully attracts seasoned agents through effective, proven systems. This 3 Step process is designed to not only attract seasoned agents, but improve our attraction culture and improve the perception of Windermere in this area as an effective, efficient and great company.
 
            


Step One

The Windermere's Exclusive Attraction Program will create an awareness of the importance of bringing seasoned agents to the owners, branch managers and Windermere as a whole. The result is that Windermere thrives on quality seasoned agents joining us. In fact, Windermere needs their support in making that a reality
           



Step Two
Strategic mailings and email campaigns are designed specifically
to target seasoned agents and their needs.

Step Three
Step Three provides Windermere with the opportunity to show and excite agents about what we have, what we know and what we are doing. The idea is to have the guest agents get information, so much information that they will walk away with the understanding that Windermere has something that they now want.

Over one year, pre-planned seminars and panels of speakers for each event are picked to specialized in a current topic. The panel members are there to attract, reconfirm and beak down walls that ensure the guest agents that what they are sharing really works! All of this is designed specifically to set Windermere apart from the competion and let agents know that they always come first as a part of the overall culture of Windermere.
