Ongoing Support



The Windermere culture encourages owners to work together for the common good of their agents and their clients.  Unlike other franchises, Windermere owners have support from their local Windermere Services Company. Windermere Services support includes technology, marketing and educational services.  Thereby, creating a cohesive and consistent communication to the public regarding Windermere's commitment and involvement in the communities it serves.
 
Also unlike other franchises, Windermere encourages neighborhood and community offices and therefore has no territory clauses as a part of its business model. Each office is independently owned and has its own personality and charm.
 
However, all of the Windermere offices participate in regular meetings where pertinent information is shared. There meetings include:
 


Regular Owners Meetings 

Here owners share ideas and strategies for recruiting, marketing and any other pertinent issues that face the offices or the overall real estate market where the offices are located.

 
 

Quarterly All Windermere Meetings 

For the first three quarters of every year, Windermere holds all Windermere Quarterly Meetings which all agents throught the service area are encouraged to attend.  Here speakers are brought in to discuss the ever changing real estate market as well as enhancements to the Windermere system as Windermere changes and grows.
